nora academy’s global programs

This program is geared towards new employees at nora systems. It teaches comprehensive knowledge on the manufacture and sale of our products. Brochures featuring basic, advanced and practical knowledge and e-learning options complement this program.  The four-day classroom style training is held in both German and English. We also developed a several-month onboarding program as part of nora academy Initial. This program educates our new employees with our strategy, market segments and our customer-oriented service processes.

The second  module, nora academy Individual, teaches task-related advanced training. Employees will gain specialized knowledge, thereby increasing the level of satisfaction and quality of work of all employees. The spectrum ranges from speech training and IT courses to specialized knowledge and practical installation training courses.
Our training team in the HR department has developed an extensive training catalog for this and is always in search of “best-in-class” training options.

nora academy Intensive stands for long-term development programs that are designed for cross-departmental and global participation, where we create individual programs for our employees. Current examples that we offer on a regular basis are the nora academy Advanced and nora academy Technology.

Both programs deal with long-term development goals. The international program, nora academy Advanced, offers coordinated seminar modules and workshops with a focus on management and communication.  These run for one to one-and-a-half years and include a practice-oriented project.

nora academy Technology is geared towards our employees in the Technical Departments, such as Production, Quality Management, Maintenance and Logistics. Over a period of six months, the participants learn about the entire production process first hand. All participants work in project teams.
