Science World inspires minds young and old by introducing them to science and technology in new, exciting and interactive ways. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the science center has grown exponentially over the years. The center, which welcomes more than 300,000 visitors annually, relies on hard-working nora rubber and Interface carpet tiles to create a beautiful foundation that withstands the heavy traffic.
Jodie Braaten, the museum’s former design manager, was the first to bring nora® flooring into the museum, and she is still impressed with how nora continues to evolve, bringing new patterns and designs to its product lineup. And, since the flooring system requires no refinishing, the center was able to expand its footprint without hiring additional maintenance staff.
