Foremarke Junior School

Foremarke Junior School - the client envisioned a design which was vibrant and exciting for the corridors and functional in the classrooms, all without being distracting. Two separate, but similar schemes were required for di erent age groups. The multipurpose hall’s ooring design was required to be practical, with divisions and noticeable colour differences in order to assist in daily activities. The outstanding features of the project is an organic to geometric scheme change, whilst retaining the concept. That was adopted with great success, in order to separate di erent year groups. The colours were chosen to be vibrant, but also calming. 

Challenge: As one of the region’s leading schools, the environment and health of the students was paramount, which lead the client to nora for its indoor air quality (low VOC) and also the hygienic characteristic.
