The Albemarle Corporation, which is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a global speciality chemical company and worldwide leader in lithium, bromine and refinery catalyst production. The corporation employs around 5400 people and supplies customers in around 100 countries. Albemarle’s Budapest office acts as a shared services centre and supports the corporation’s operations and functions in the US and EU.

In 2024, architects from Demeter Design Studios in Budapest designed the new interior for Albemarle’s Hungarian subsidiary. The result is a multidimensional office space that offers a variety of different room designs, including flexible working areas, a range of meeting rooms, creative spaces and interactive zones. They wanted a flooring that would be a perfect fit for the ambience of the new offices in terms of both ambience and functional advantages. nora gave them just what they were looking for. norament 975 LL is extremely robust and easy to clean. Rubber floor coverings for sustainable offices

Albemarle’s Hungarian subsidiary is also a flagship office space in terms of sustainability. nora rubber floorings have exceptionally high durability, which results in a long service life. Fast installation on raised access panels
